FRiendly, accessible and efficient

The online site and the app both work very well and have acquired now features recently that I find helpful and accessible. I have never had to wait for someonme to answer the phone, and they are always without exception patient, friendly and polite - and importantly deal with whatever I want to talk or ask about. Getting the idea that money should be thought about

I started saving a bit each month for my daughter when she was pfretty small. I also wanted her to get the idea that money should be thought about - where it's held and how it's used. So she got a small lump sum when she grew old enough, and I hope I set her an example. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025
