Useless and unhelpful as an innocent party whose car was parked and run into by a drink driver I found octagon my insurer nothing short of useless and caused me stress and loss of a days work due to their complete lack of assistance . I was passed from one person to another and left without a courtesy car or vehicle inspection for 48 hours . Don't use them
