When I first became a vanquis customer I became seriously ill wasn't able to work for long time , I called up in a panic I suppose & explained what happened Vanquis were very helpful putting me at ease understanding the situation I panicked in case I wasn't able to pay & for that put me more at ease than most people can imagine was truly thankful that's why I'm still a vanquis customer. I've had my account for sometime now vanquis always keeps me up to date with everything within the app if i need information i can always find it & if i can't theres always someone on the end if the phone . Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
