Satisfactory experience

I found the customer service staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate to receive what I really needed for myself and my husband. I spoke firstly with Aphiwe and I had to call back at a later date and engaged with Lee, both were very helpful. A very good company for older clients and those with complex health. I can’t comment on claims as yet as we didn’t reach that point. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
