Vanquis the polite company.

Vanquis has been a decent company to use and always very helpful and polite. The app is very up to date and informative too. I've used the balance transfer on occasions and find the cost to transfer very reasonable. The only negative is the request for statements by post dose not come through despite numerous clicking to receive it on the app. This seems to have a default to app only even though requested many times?
