I had a small accident requiring stitches.

I had a small accident requiring stitches. It was just before midnight and I spoke to the call handler as the hospital wouldn’t touch me until I had a reference number from my insurance. After answering a few questions by a very pleasant man I was given the ref required and was able to be treated quickly. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Injured foot

I injured my foot late at night and the hospital wouldn’t look at it until I spoke to my insurance provider. The call handler dealt with the situation quickly and easily so I was able to have the treatment required. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
