PayPal refunded me when AliExpress didn’t

I had an issue a few months ago from Ali express and they refused to help me kept saying product held value so refused to give me a refund or help even though I had 3 months to return the item. Frustrated I contacted PayPal and they helped me by asking for evidence of everything which I had and provided and they issued me a refund for the items I bought Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
