Previous issue with an accident and the repairs take...

Previous issue with an accident and the repairs taken out on my vehicle by One Calls chosen garage. My car came back with the engine management light on and more additional issues which ended up costing me over £4k (New computer, DPF and EGR) Garage refused to accept the blame and One Call washed their hands of it and basically said it was nothing to do with them. Also my insurance cover has a like for like car as a courtesy vehicle when needed... I drive an A Class Mercedes Automatic, the vehicle I was issued was around 10 years older, a small cheap run around that smelt of cigarettes and dogs.... I was over the moon.... So that is why they are rated as poor in all angles. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
