Honestly- I wouldn’t change my insurance now I’ve found them . They are like insurance used to be - they reward you for being a loyal customer by giving you the platinum insurance because you have stayed with them and they are fantastic at answering the phone and absolutely fantastic value - all my family use them now - well done One Call - an amazing service and British.
