Car accident Care and Aftercare Excellent

I had someone hit my car, as soon as I contacted One Call they were prompt, supportive and clear with how to proceed. Throughout the whole stressful episode they liaised with me on all decisions that were made, so I felt supported, and listened to with my concerns. Excellent, prompt service provided. Personal Excellent Service When Required.

I had a minor car accident during Covid, another vehicle hit me while I was stationary, I contacted One Call immediately they were supportive, reassuring and responded immediately, listening to me not rushing me during my account of the incident. They explained what happens next, I came off the call knowing they were there for me, representing me correctly and professionally. Throughout the following months, they updated me constantly, both by email and telephone. Paperwork was received promptly and processed when promised. Their team were consistent in their competency and support. Because of this, my case was resolved successfully and well within the estimated time frame. As a customer, I am updated regularly, notified accordingly of any future changes that affect me, so I have time to assess how I wish to proceed. They are always available to discuss any concerns I may have. I am a very satisfied customer, and I recommend One Call to family, friends and colleagues. A very high standard of sevice but for a very affordable price. Easy to access portal, all my applicable information safe and secure but easily retrieved should it be necessary. The one thing I know through experience is that when I was involved in an accident One Call answered promptly, at that stressful moment, a real person answered instantly, and they were there for me.
