professional, from start to finish. biggest positive they listened and did not judge, they made the whole process simple and easy to understand and the online support through the term of the agreement is top notch. they honestly saved me from going under. the end is now in sight and i personally thank them for every thing they have done. Saved from going under

I spiralled into unmanageable debt just after covid, a family member recommended Back2credit. They were helpful, respectful & understanding. they talked me through all of my options and I chose the plan that fitted me best. They dealt with all the Creditors that were chasing and pressuring me and after a month or two the pressure was lifted and gone. To date I have not been chased by any of them. I'm now a little over a year from being totally debt free. the future is looking brighter every month. they saved me from my self in more ways then just managing my debt, my family relationships were at breaking point my mental health was tanking & I lost too many nights sleep over the pressure I was facing. The money I'm repaying I do not really notice as I was provided with pointers of how to best budget for each month. once the debt is cleared the money I use to pay off debts will become my cash savings pot having spent time not really noticing the repayment diverting that money into my own life goals will be a huge win.
