Prompt, courteous and efficient

I was forced to make a claim while insured by Lifesure. It was dealt with promptly, courteously and very efficiently. I made the mistake of leaving Lifesure the following year but rectified that error as soon as possible, returning to them and apologising for my error. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
