Very mixed assistance given by Support people.

The chat line person was very impersonal and kept asking the same question without really explaining what or why! I then phoned a person who was very helpful. But then we changed cars on a Saturday and no calls were being received, so we had to go back to the chat line, where the person was more helpful than the previous time, but the process was very slow!
