Excellent Company

Recently we have claimed for a TV. My wife accidently knocked it and it smashed to the floor. We called Leisure Days explained how and what happened. The customer service was beyond excellent. They told us to go and get a new TV which we did and then sent them the receipt via email. The money was in our account the same day. Within 4 hours of the accident we had got a new TV and been reimbursed in full. No hassels. And as an extra bonus there was no increase in policy costs because of this. Cannot fault this Company and have been happy to pass on a recomnendation via the Facebook Page for our caravan site. We note many many people have also recommended them for their excellent pricing and customer service. We wont be changing companies. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

Beyond excellent

Recently had to make our first claim under this policy and I cant impress enough how excellent and quick their response was. We had a replacement TV within 24 hours. They were absolutely amazing. Without doubt this Company are beyond excellent and to be recommended without any hesitation or reservations. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
