Polite Efficient Helpful Staff

Having had a caravan Window smashed we needed to make a claim . It was easy to do so and dealt with promptly. When I have contacted Leisure days either via email or telephone concerning policy queries I have found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. On both occasions, I received clear explanations, which enabled me to have a good understanding of the query I raised . Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
