Zopa delivers

My first contact with Zopa was through taking out a loan at an excellent rate. I now lend through Zopa. As rates change, I am kept well informed via e-mail. When I had a query, I contacted Zopa via the website and was phoned back - at home - and my questions were fully answered. My experience is that Zopa delivers very good customer service.
