Insurancewith application and claim

The application is very detailed and takes a few attempts to complete in full, particularly when various medications are involved. The upside is that the premiums are very, very competitive. I had to make a claim this year following cancellation of our holiday and this was dealt with by the underwriters teams (Collinsons). The process was quite clunky and at times frustrating (the same information was asked for more than once) but a payout was made and quite speedily too. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2026

Great for those with chronic conditions.

Quite a cumbersome application process although this is understandable given the amount of detail required. However, this is all worth it given the excellent price for the premium. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
