Excellent Customer Service

Edward (EB7) was a credit to One Call. During our call, he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and I received a very competitive price for my car insurance (which I took up). I also liked the fact that basic breakdown cover was included in the price. To sum up, I would definitely recommend this broker for both their competitive prices, and their excellent customer service, which was particularly enjoyable in the current era of online communication including chat bots! Great insurance and price, plus user friendly process.

I have been with One Call for a couple of years, they offer a good and very competitive price for insurance and the whole insurance process is easy and very user friendly. I intend to stay with them going forward! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
