All my dealings with Craft Insure have been positive. I did have a claim a while ago and they dealt with it promptly and kept me informed all the way along. And, very inportantly they made promises which were kept. Reviewed on: 24th August 2026

Wonderful insurance company.

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim on my policy and the staff at craft insure were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They guided me through the steps I needed to take. The claim was dealt with quickly and they promised the claim settlement would be in my bank within three working days. It was actually there the following day. Following on from that, my premium only increased in line with inflation. Wonderful insurance company and I will stay with them. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
