car in arson attack, One call didn't help

My car was in an arson attack in a motor garage . I ran one call insurance put through to others , was nover provided with the car hire that I paid extra for. It was impossible to speak, email, get through to anybody on the portal. They have made it impossible to get any help when you need it . You just go round in circles on their system .
