I wonder why they do that ?

I called to cancel my renewal as I had a quote from another company for £80 cheaper . The young lady did another quote for me that was a lot cheaper than the one I had recieved to renew so I accepted it . I would like to know how this can happen they send an overpriced renewal hoping you will just accept it then when you say you're leaving it suddenly gets a lot cheaper ? Reviewed on: 29th July 2025
