Customer service

I called customer service regarding a refund that was due back to my card. They were extremely polite and looked into it and it turned out that the company issuing the refund hadn't done it, although they claimed they did and it might be a problem on Zable's side. I was extremely grateful for the patience and determination from the customer service team at Zable. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Delightful service

I called Zable customer services to enquire about the refund process as I was due a refund from an insurance company. The Zable team was extremely helpful even giving me extra advice and offered to check in with me to ensure I everything went according to plan. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024
