I am in my forth year with One Call car insurance, including breakdown cover, which I have had to use a few times. When I had an ''at fault'' accident customer service quickly sorted it all out for me, relieving me of stress and worry. Although a couple of people I recommended have found differently, I have always felt my policy quotes have been fair. So as long as the good service and fair costs continue I will remain with One Call. Thank you. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025
