This is how customer service is done the right way.

Cara was incredibly helpful and understanding of Autism in a totally non judgmental way. Cara was friendly and willing to explain the things I didn't fully understand at first. Cara had all the information needed and was both professional and took the time to have a little joke. This helped me feel less anxious and proves that Cara excels at customer service.
