Prompt and excellent service on a claim I made.

I unfortunately was victim of theft of a rucksack. I put in a claim to Saga and they dealt with everything in a prompt and professional manner. I was glad that I had taken out my insurance with Saga, as they kept in touch with me at all times to inform me what they were doing. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
