Completely user friendly!

My mother used Saga, so when I came back from living abroad, I didn’t hesitate. I am now 76 and Saga knows just how to talk to older people, explain everything, take time to make sure everything is clear. It’s not the cheapest, but it is so comfortingly user friendly. I have found the same with the travel insurance. I would not use any other company! They even use music well known to our generation….who else gives that much attention to detail? SAGA ..a unique personal service

SAGA is an amazing insurance company for elderly people (I am 76 years old).They are very patient and good at explaining things on the phone..and don’t keep asking you to read lengthy documents or refer you to online sites. The fact that one can easily get through to a person is already amazing and a unique service.. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
