Excellent service and customer care

I have found Saga to be very responsive and easy to deal with. They continue to send me paper documents, which I find far better than digital. The cost is good and very competitive. And when I had need to ring one time, the call was answered quickly and my query resolved promptly. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
