I had a slightly complicated car insurance to organise. I was able to enter the baisc details online using a clear, intuitive form. Then an agent on the telephone enabled me to customise the insurance. the agent was courteous, patient and knowledgable. First-rate service. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
