Surprisingly painless

Surprisingly painless—for something that involves paperwork and money, this felt almost suspiciously smooth. The process was quick, the terms were clear (a rare treat), and I didn’t feel like I needed a finance degree to understand what I was signing. Customer service was actually helpful instead of robotic, which alone deserves applause. Would I prefer not needing a loan at all? Sure.
