Friendly, informative and professional

Friendly and professional. I was provided with assistance which enabled me to reduce my annual premium (by limiting my mileage to a realistic level) and with that reduction purchase breakdown cover. The discussion wasn’t at any time rushed but the person I was speaking to explained the options available and gave me time to ensure I was purchasing the cover which best suited my needs.
