Let down by agreements between insurance companies

After we'd had a little bump in a car park, our insurance went up. However, a helpful sales lady at Saga helped reduce the increase. What annoyed me was that the bump happened when reversing out of a parking space we were struck by a passing car. Saga said their standard rule between insurance companies when reversing out of a parking space is that the fault is always that of the reversing car and not the car driving past. Therefore they would not fight our cause. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Helped get a good deal
