Never had a problem with saga car insurance great customer service who will spend the time to LISTEN to you and give you the best advice if you require it on the cover you might need I have been with saga for a few years I have had to claim (no fault) and it was dealt with Stress Free also the cover you get is excellent compared to some company's in my View 5Stars Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

I had a bad internal water leak causing really bad damage in my kitchen I contacted saga and the following day and accessor came assessed the damage within two days I was contacted with the damage amount and it was in my bank within a couple of days unbelievable service from my view EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Home and Contents insurance 5 star plus i also have car insurance with saga great cover for my age Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
