Saga is there when you need that human touch

As an older citizen although I have previously done many online only car insurances, but because of a recent cardiac arrest my husband had and he was the insured I needed to speak to someone to whom I could explain the situation and tell me my options. This, to me, was a great benefit as I was not thinking clearly at the time. I can do things online or call for help if I need it and your customer service representatives are so willing to explain things and make you feel valued and not just another sale.
