Review of the Saga, Car insurance:

Painless

Every year I take on the rather arduous task of comparing lots of car insurance quotes. In the distant past I simply auto renewed car insurance when prompted as I simply couldn’t be bothered to look wider afield. This all changed one year when I felt that my premium looked high, even though I received the appropriate, “loyalty discount “, for being such a valued customer! For whatever reason I contacted the provider as a potential new customer, for the exact same cover, fully expecting to be flagged as an existing policy holder. This didn’t happen! The upshot was that as a new supposed customer, my premium was halved!! “ Loyalty discount “, my a..e! And so, I took to checking each renewal! Imagine my surprise when I received my new renewal quote from Saga to find that not only were they competitive, but that my premium had actually come down by over£20! When I called to renew, the staff were courteous, coherent and respectful, making an otherwise arduous job into a straightforward one. My documents then appeared on my iPad in minutes.
