Needed to add 2 drivers.

Needed to add 2 drivers. Rang up and advised after discussion that adding them for 12 months would be better than just 2 weeks. Policy renewal not due for 3 months but when we looked at starting a new policy with 4 drivers on from the date I wanted the 2 extra drivers to be added it worked out very competitive and indeed a 'no brainer'. So renewed my policy. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Rang up to add my daughter and son in law to the car...

Rang up to add my daughter and son in law to the car insurance since their car had become unroadworthy (and they had just got married...!). The agent understood the situation and suggested I put them on for a year instead of 2 weeks as turned out cheaper. At same time also renewed the policy for a year at almost the same price as I paid last year and now with 4 drivers on the car. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Customer service was very good and sorted out my issue.

Customer service was very good and sorted out my issue. Needed to add 2 drivers to the car insurance. Was also able to get a competitive price for a year to renew the policy with 4 drivers. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
