Very smooth experience

It took a bit of time to get through to the relevant departments the first time I called to start my claim however once the claim had started to be processed it has been very smooth. In hindsight I should have delayed starting my repair as I had booked a weekend away so had to give courtesy car back. The repairs have been done thoroughly with very good communication from the repair garage. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025
