Ensure owe me £1,200

Ensure will not return my 2024 car insurance also my 2025 . They took this money out of my bank £496 . Then they took £831 for 2025 . I had used another company for the last 2 years. So that meant I paid twice for my car insurance over 2 years. I sent proof of my insurance for the last 2 years with another company. The S African girl said it would be refunded. The 2nd S African girl said it was going through. The 3rd S African girl said I will sort it out . This is stealing . They have had some of my money for a year. Never go with this company as I’ve never had any other company in 50 years cheat me out of MY MONEY. I now have to wait another 7 to 10 days to see if I get my money back..
