Outstanding Mortgage Advice from Claire Oakey

I recently had an appointment with Claire Oakey, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was extremely polite, professional, and very patient throughout the whole process. Even though I asked lots of questions and wanted to explore different options, Claire was always accommodating and explained everything clearly. She carefully compared different products, including options with and without fees, discussed reducing the mortgage term, and thoroughly checked my income and outgoings to ensure everything was suitable. I felt completely supported and reassured by her advice. The customer service I received was outstanding — Claire’s knowledge, patience, and professionalism really stood out. Although I had competitive rates from other providers, I chose to stay with Monmouthshire because the service I received from Claire exceeded all others. Highly recommended — thank you, Claire!
