Used it following a family member who was involved in an accident. The sevice was excellent. Good communication and gave helpful advice. Easy to contact on the phone. Easy to understand. They talked me though everything as I did the contact on behalf.of my family member and was able to relay this too them. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025
