Mortgage with Monmouthshire Building Society

I had a mortgage with Monmouthshire Building Society which was coming to the end of its term. I spoke with one of your advisers, Leon Jenkins, with regard to finding a new mortgage product. Leon was totally professional in his advice while at the same time being helpful, courteous and polite. He answered all my questions objectively, clearly and with great patience with the result that I felt reassured that I was taking out the best product for me. He made a potentially stressful experience into a very pleasant one. Based on my experience I would be very happy to recommend Monmouthshire Building Society. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025
