We made a claim for our Border Collie pup when she broke a baby canine tooth before we'd made our first monthly payment. It was settled straight away,Vets did all the claim process, all we had to do was pay the excess. Never had pet insurance before but happy we chose Petplan Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
