Saga gave wrong information by telephone prior to me...

Saga gave wrong information by telephone prior to me going ahead with costly windscreen repair. On submission of invoice - my claim was initially rejected, Was quickly looked into by Saga historic Telephone call conversation recording and agreed they was wrong and misled and they paid in full. All done quickly and professionally. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
