Easily understood medical questionnaire

I have insured with TIS several times after comparison with Staysure and Allclear. Also, I found the terminology of their medical questionnaire much more user-friendly in reporting complex medical conditions, relieving the anxiety of making sure that my responses do correctly set out the position (as a lay person with little knowledge of medical processes).
