Travel insurance renewal

Our annual travel insurance was up for renewal &we had to phone as my wife had new medical conditions to disclose,our enquiry was handled by Deniz & he was polite friendly & his clear explanation of our questions was handled with ease,the whole process took about an hour & the policy was renewed by us at what we felt was a very competitive price. Excellent renewal process
