Great service and communication

I had no problems with my insurance pay out for my dogs eye problem. From initial consultation through continuation treatment they have been great at communication and help. The phone conversations I have had with them have been friendly and enthusiastic. I was slightly upset by the big increase in premium but will stay with them for peace of mind Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
