Excellent service & very satisfied

Had bad accident on way to holiday, damage eventually resulting in caravan being written off. From start to finish claims department were reassuring, helpful, sympathetic, professional, advising on procedure etc. whole process was really quick, getting assessor to visit and final offer was more than I expected so I could replace my caravan. I had protected no claims bonus so my premium wasn’t affected. On another occasion I needed to phone insurance department to change method of payment and adviser told me he thought the value of cover I had was too high for an older caravan & contents. He discussed everything with me resulting in a lower premium. Personally I have been extremely satisfied with the excellent service I have received from CC and would have no hesitation in recommending. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
