Saga going the extra mile

I had an issue with my sister-in-law's car concerning her existing insurers being totally inflexible over transferring the car insurance to her name following the death of her husband. The person I spoke to I wish I could remember his name was so understanding and sorted out arranging car insurance for her which gave her peace of mind at her time of bereavement.
