I purchased my policy with one call via a comparison...

I purchased my policy with one call via a comparison site. I then intended to call and clarify a few issues such as the amount of breakdown cover which was included in the policy. By the time I was able to contact one call, I had a phone call from a lovely lad (DK3) who went through all my options where I was able to upgrade my breakdown cover, the policy was less than the half price of my renewal, even when my original provider offered discount. I realise this is a hook but it was so good I was able to buy it for the year which is a massive saving. I have since got to change my car quite unexpectedly. They have customer portal system which I recommend is done on a laptop or computor, I do most of my online correspondence on my phone but I find the writing too small and the navigation is just so much easier. I suppose it depends on your phone though. the online agent was very helpful as my current issues are not easy so thank you TI2. I'm more than happy at present with this provider.
