An insurance company that really understands the customer and how to make their communications easy . Had to make changes to health status of driver and named driver was dreading it but it was made so simple and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg unlike my car insurers! Nothing was too much trouble. Phoned a couple of times as health issues needed including on policy , so helpful , knowledgable and personal compared to big old standing companies. Pricing is very competitive too. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
