Tried online but found it difficult as I am certain age! Rang the phone line and had an excellent experience. It was not quick but thorough. As I have had a cancer diagnosis in the past I found them so helpful and in the end I think I paid a fair price for my insurance. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
